New keynote speaker announced!

Dr David Fearnley, Medical Director at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, will be addressing delegates at this year's iLINKS Innovations conference and exhibition which takes place on Wednesday 5 July 2017 at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. Dr Fearnley will be speaking in place of Joe Rafferty, Chief Executive of Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, who had been listed as a keynote speaker for the day.

David was named the Inaugural Royal College of Psychiatrists 'Psychiatrist of the Year' in 2009, and received the Healthcare Financial Management Association (in association with the Academy of Royal Colleges) 'Working with Finance - Clinician of the Year' award (2013). He was also named in the Health Service Journal 100 Clinical Leaders List (2015) as the trust's driving force behind an international partnership with The Risk Authority, Stanford, and Lockton insurance brokers to manage and predict risk in mental health.
